Speed School is a systematic athletic performance program designed for multiple athletes in multiple sports by utilizing the most up-to-date research and promoting a safe training environment that introduces the fundamentals of performance training to develop an athlete's overall athletic abilities.
The Athletic Speed Program lays down the foundation block in refining and reconstructing an athlete's physical skills eliminating bad habits and creating good habits that will better maximize their performance. Athletes will learn the necessary tools to help reduce injury risks undergoing proper warmup drills, technique exercises to improve athletic movements, and cooldown stretches.
